"This little gem is absolutely WAY more than described! It’s in a little very picturesque village, can be seen from a distance away which is fun to see while driving to get there. The owner couple were WAY above and beyond kind, friendly, giving of their time and energy to suggest many great places and encouraged their views and garden and walks around their place that beautiful! The rooms were exceptional! He is a great designer or modern,old,new and brand name quality..linen sheet, room scent, coffee maker in room and small refrigerator, room safe, fantastic layout of room with comfy bed and leather couch. Personal robe and slippers, private entry yet main lobby (which is open early for a great breakfast with options and coffee etc or open late if wanted to stop by). We had coffee and wine there also without having to leave for one and chatted with them as they were a great couple/host. Spa closed for the week we were there so we missed that but it looks super nice."

"Beautiful pool and hot tub. Breakfast was delicious. The view of Orvieto is so amazing it feels fake. Watching the sun set against the Duomo was a special memory of this trip. Highly recommend this place if you want to tour Orvieto. "

"The property is gorgeous, a cute, cozy, quiet place to relax after our busy stay in the city. It is in the center of the town. They have a cute path to the top of the hill. The breakfast selection included pastries, yogurt, and fruits from their garden. They offer and make delicious coffee! We wish we had more time to stay!"
