"The boarding pass or checkin process is pretty great. It’s robust and full of information. However once you’re in you can forget about customer service. I texted both available numbers given for any sort of help and was completely ignored. The remotes did not have batteries. One of the TV’s wasn’t working and I was left to figure things out entirely on my own. The main bedroom shower drain is clogged. "Came down to San Miguel for a wedding in mid-January of 2026. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, the rooftop is a nice spot to sit and relax in the early morning or late evening. Staff was extremely helpful with anything we needed, from directions, laundry dry cleaning service, restaurant recommendations and pretty much anything we needed. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel."

"The place was just not very nice, rugs were old and dirty the chairs were stained, no cable TV and not worth the price. The only positive was the location. Expedia however was wonderful they went out of their way to get missing glasses and utensils, had the rugs removed and ordered an extensive cleaning and offered to move us or a discount which we accepted.
