"An old hotel but retains its friendly service and cleanliness. Check-in and out is fast, staff has good attitude, except the male cleaner entering the female toilet (ground floor toilet) without knocking startled me - management should assign a female cleaner instead. There's a good Korean restaurant right next door. It's an additional perks that the hotel provides shuttle car to nearby Lippo Mall, City Walk and other nearby areas. Breakfast was not up to my expectations, though....

"If I know the Ibis Hotel here has such an un Ibis Hotel standard .. I would not waste my money to stay here for sure... 1. The hotel is pretty dark from the outside and even the driver barely can see any signs that light up to show the hotel name and directions. 2. I am guessing that this hotel is not a new hotel, since there is many signs of abandoned spots like broken glass on the security post and many that maybe don't have to state one by one.. 3. Breakfast, this is upsetting .....

"After staying here, you will think every hotel is five star compared to this place. My girlfriend and I didn't like anything about the property. The property is too old, and nothing is modern there. The least tolerable was the amount of mosquitos on the property, especially there was 4 in our room that I couldn't get rid of - they bit my girlfriend and I several times. I spent hours trying to kill them while she was at work, with no avail. And there was an annoying bird they they keep in the...
