"Great location. Right on the water's edge and across the road from the ferry terminal.
Breakfast had a great variety.
Only minor thing was no toilet roll holder in the bathroom, and make sure you ask about the Trentino guest pass (they didn't offer it at check in) which gives you free/discounted tickets for things like public transport and certain attractions.
Staff super friendly and helpful.
Would happily return."
"Staff very helpful and welcoming. Especially Anna and Alessandra. Breakfast is a highlight of the trip. And the view over the lake. Amazing place!!! Thank you"
"Parking was free a bonus
Breakfast very good
Position next to the ferry stop
Pool very good a 5 minute walk away
Could use the sister hotel approx 7 minutes walk away
Internet on the second floor room 212 not very good hit and miss

"We did not get the rooms that we booked. We were supposed to have two rooms with a Lakeview and balcony. One room was supposed to have 2 beds and neither did. The staff at the hotel had no resolution and it was already charged to our card."
