"One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. I love Sheraton in general. But this particular Sheraton makes me feel so homey and comfortable. Beautiful decoration, spacious room, comfy bed, clean bathroom with lots of amenities, literally I can find everything I need in the bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. I love the smell of the lobby area. They had this very nice smell coming out of their aromatherapy diffuser. They gave a yummy welcome drink too as you checked in. Too bad I only stayed...

"It was great, the staffs very friendly and helpful. Room very clean , and comfortable . But for the breakfast, I’d just say it was just OK. the selections for traditional food could be have more selections . For the price it was worth every penny. Overall I’d give this hotel 9.5 out of 10. And I will comeback in the future, highly recommended to everyone who want to visit Bandung. Thank you for the great hospitality, keep up the good work"
