Old building. Almost every ice machine was broken. Hollow walls. Could hear every person walking down the halls or shutting their doors.

Hyatt Regency Cincinnati
We were unaware that there was no on site parking w/o valet $49 charge. Off street parking lots expensive and charge for each coming and going. Disappointed that check in did not inform us that you had to use your room key to use the elevator. That would’ve been helpful!!

Pool was too cold to swim in. Looked a little dirty on bottom. Bed was the best night sleep I have had on my trip. Great bed and pillows.
