"The hotel amenities are perfect! Our suite room is very spacious, fully equipped and very clean. Front staff people are superb! Breakfast is good and sufficient enough to start your day. However, one kitchen staff snapped at me when I asked for a banana or where to find the banana. She even had to inform me in a loud voice that I have to give her time and wait awhile as there’s only 3 of them working today. She even said loudly ‘please don’t block the way’ as she was pulling a cart with plates. I stood there feeling embarrassed as other guests turned and looked at us. Perhaps guessing whose making a scene early in the morning. I decided to walk away, though I managed to get a banana my heart sank of embarrassment. I have travelled to many Cities/countries before but this is the first time I received such a response from a staff. Hopefully this won’t happen again on my next Marriot experience. "

"I was for a few hours before take my flight, the shuttle pick me up after half an hour after l arrived at the airport. The room looks kind of old and l think need some changes."

"Well, where do we even start , we arrived , to see people sitting outside all around the hotel smoking all types of things, we walked inside, the smell was horrific , only to find out that questionable people off the street were taken in using the hotel as a shelter , 1st and second floor was occupied by them. The small was genuinely unbearable to say the least…. We stayed on the 4th floor , the rooms were somewhat okay, we also had breakfast included which we didn’t even get to try as the line was insanely long , these people were everywhere , outside inside , they were scary to children, they don’t respect anyone around them , it would be nice if we were told ahead of time that we would be staying in what I can call a shelter full of urine smell and addicts . We would have never brought our kids here . This was our first time in Montreal, We will never be back to this hotel as the memories don’t include good ones . Don’t book this hotel without insurance , and call ahead as you may be staying at your own risk!"
