It is a newer hotel so everything was new and clean. We got a 2 queen bed room and it was huge and could have slept 5 adults as it came with a pullout couch. Staff were pleasant and responsive. You could hear people from the hallway if they were being loud enough but if your neighbors are being respectful, noise levels shuold not be a problem. Continental breakfast was decent but can get busy. Free underground parking was the best feature as not a lot of hotels offer this - easy access, lots of spaces, clean, and felt safe. 15- minute drive to Old Montreal or Mount Royal Park. Overall, nothing fancy but very comfortable stay if you’re driving to visit Montreal.
