"Large infestation of German brown cockroaches and chose not to bring any of our items in due to the severity of infestation. When we spoke to management all they did was offer the switches to another annoying room these lived throughout all the buildings. "

"This was a nice place to stay . I stayed for three nights and did not have a problem. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Continental breakfast was ok, eggs were fresh but a little too watery for my taste. Hotel is close to downtown Chico . The parking lot was big and it felt safe. I did not venture to walk because there was no sidewalk to the north on main highway. Overall my experience was good/ok and would stay here again if I ever travel back through that area. You get a free cookie at check-in desk. "
