"The short version of this review: Paradise at a pleasing price! Our stay at Gatun Lake Lodge was wonderful! Pierre, our host, was entertaining, accommodating, competent, and charming! And, the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Every meal was fresh and delicious. Our cabaña was very bright, comfortable, and clean. The pool was crystal clear and at the perfect temperature. "We stayed as a family of 4. This place was perfect. Friendly, attentive staff, plenty of delicious food and drinks, and a comfortable air conditioned cabana. We spent most of our day at the pool with a view over the lake and also tried kayaking. The overwater restaurant was a good place to see fish and turtles. We also enjoyed relaxing on our deck with a book. Highly recommend this place to anyone! "
