We ended up calling them from the US to make the arrangements. The breakfast was good. It's a city location. The room set off my dust mite allergy from either the bedding, wall to wall carpet or drapes or all three."

"Clean room. Breakfast spread was amazing! Didn’t get a chance to visit the pool. Staff was very nice. Room was not ready until exactly 3pm but not a big deal to me. They have a ton of seating options in the lobby to hang out if you don’t want to go anywhere as well as restaurant and coffee bar. Overall would stay again. They even had a toothbrush for my SIL who forgot his. "

"The Room Service was pretty much non-existent. They said they always had a 40-minute wait. I gave up on them for the trip. The restaurants were very limited, and the food was just ok. Some of the staff seemed like they needed more training. The resort is dated. The AC did work though and we never went hungry. The staff was nice."
