"Dirtiest room I have ever seen. Smashed bugs on the wall, roaches crawling everywhere. The sheets were dirty and covered in stains. We asked for new sheets and the hotel said they didn’t have any extra sheets for the entire hotel."

"The hotel was extremely well thought out from decor to the courtyard dining. We enjoyed the coffee and tea available on our floor. All staff members were friendly. The desk staff gave us an extension/late checkout for a fee. Will recommend."

"Our room was falling apart. Sinks not working. Shower curtain too short so water everywhere. Cracks and mold. So disappointing. "

"A lot of spiders, cockroaches and bugs. No hot water, bed sheets and blankets were dirty and had cigarette burns in them, and the towels smelled funny. Not staying here again."

"The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. There was visible hair in the bathtub, grime and debris along baseboards and surfaces, and one of the towels provided had visible staining and did not appear clean. I also observed multiple insects in the room, including in the bathroom. More concerning, the room door did not function properly. I had difficulty entering and exiting the room, and one of the locks was not working. I had to rely on staff assistance to access the room, which raised safety concerns. Additionally, there were several maintenance issues. The bathroom door was damaged with a large, poorly patched hole and visible grime, and when using the shower, water leaked behind the toilet. These conditions indicate that the room was not properly maintained. After my stay, I noticed a prior review referencing the same room (room 221) describing similar maintenance issues, which makes it concerning that these problems appear to be ongoing and were not addressed before my stay."
