"Good hotel in a perfect setting. Not quite affording direct views of ‘the’ bridge (but a minor old one in lieu) and by default built into a very restricted site with many steps, the hotel nevertheless afforded a great three-day stay, and should we return to Mostar would certainly stay here again. The breakfast was really good and with a wide choice, and you could normally take it outside. Choice of at least six cakes! We ate one evening choosing from a Bosnian menu and that experience was a highlight. We had just a Standard Room which was fine but lacked extras. But the staff more than made up. So friendly and helpful."

"The Hotel was well located and had clean and well maintained access. The rooms were clean but did not have a fridge nor was water provided. The hotel staff at reception and house keepers were courteous and prompt. Breakfast was included in our deal and was good. Keith"
