"A comfortable, lovely stay in a picturesque part of rural Connecticut. They served a delicious breakfast in a beautifully appointed dining room in the historic main house. A thoroughly delightful experience."

"Best budget accommodation we have experienced in the region. Very comfortable with pleasing grounds, and an excellent location, just minutes outside of Great Barrington. Very clean, with a good shower and comfy bed. Limited amenities but signage indicated guests here have access to the offerings at the main inn nearby. Self-check-in worked fine, and in the morning we discovered the common room with good coffee, relaxing views of the garden and woods out the back, and an in-progress puzzle. We definitely plan to return again"

"Room was clean and comfy except for the window A/C unit which quit working about an hour after we turned it on. Opened the windows later at night which helped some, but not a perfect temperature. Did not try the morning continental breakfast because we slept in too late and had to be home by a certain time for a gathering."
