"Room was basic. Clean and the bathroom/shower was nice. The actual room was very warm with the window shut (no air con or fans). Room was noisy with the window open, so i struggled to sleep. Bed was average, but the pillow (as with most German hotels) was an awful, soft, giant square. No idea why these caught on. They offer no support to the head or neck. Staff were friendly.
