"Very nice apartment and the furnishings are very new. The bedrooms are very big and spacious. Location is good and near to many restaurants. Only downside is there is no lift."
"There was not much to like my husband and grandson stayed her overnight and thought they would be staying in a hotel however it was actually a motel the side of the property.
The room was number 50 and it was very very grubby, the carpet had stains all over it and the bathroom was not cleaned properly there was a lot of calciumn deposits on the bottom of the walls/floor.
The toilet was running constantly and then having to fill its cystern up when empty,

"The flat was clean. The bed and lounge suites were comfortable. We had a problem with the tv remote which was resolved quickly. Plenty of hot water. Wifi was fine. Finding our flat was a bit of a puzzle until we found our way around. We needed to use a lift and there is a secondary car park area with another lift which confused us. Check in was quick. Didn't have much to do with reception after we booked in. There is a cafe near reception which was quite full on the morning we left. We had a...
"Drains were blocked and shower flooded half of the carpet room I stayed in. No one on reception and no after hour line so I had to sleep in a room with the gross smell of a soaking carpet
Got wet and almost slipped every time I went to the bathroom also
Other than that everything was great. No offer of compensation for the shower and drainage issue."
"Parking available as empty rooms on ground floor. We should have asked staff to have a ground floor room as we're seniors. Room clean, bed not comfy for us. There was only one towel each and a hand towel. Would have been convenient to have a hand towel each and a shower mat. I had to use my hubbys towel for a floor mat in the shower. Warning; the shower tiles were slippery when wet. If we stay again we would choose a more expensive priced room."
