"From the moment we arrived to when we departed, the stay was one of the best we have had. Virginia at the desk was welcoming, warm and friendly. The community areas are spotless clean and the morning buffet was clean, food was hot and good quality with choices for everyone. Our room was impressive. The bed was comfortable and clean. Kudos to the staff who keep the hotel spotless; Aleah and Katie. Overall experience (first time staying at a Springhill Suites hotel) was top knotch. The room had amenities like no other room (at this price point) has ever had. Would recommend 10 out of 10."

"The house itself and near by houses on the same street are older but decently kept up, but please do your own research on this area prior to selecting this property. I was in a bit of a hurry on securing a place and this property allowed pets “with an added charge” not listed on the Expedia listing. Not being familiar with any areas surrounding Florence I wish I would have taken the time to properly research. "
