"Did precheck in online. Arrived at 5:10pm and rooms weren’t clean, had to downgrade to queen to after 30 to get a room. We knew it was older and a little run down (not many choices in the area) but had the expectation to be able to check in flawlessly. "

"The bathroom was dirty, toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, toilet leaked and hairs on floor. No bath size towels available. If it hadn’t been late at night and need for rest would have left! Overcharged at $130 including tax. Would never stay at another Economy Inn! Gross!"
