"The entire staff at Strand Palace Hotel were incredible. Hotel was clean, spotless. Food and coffee, Gin room all incredible. Uber kiosk so very useful! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!"

"We had a lovely stay here. The sole working lift did stop working which was clearly causing issues. Unfortunately with old buildings like this one it is ‘just one of those things’. Once both lifts are fully operational there will, hopefully, be less of a problem if one stops working. It didn’t put us off staying again (and we were on the 6th floor!) Our room was lovely and the included minibar a welcome extra at the end of long days on our feet exploring London!"
