"Good hotel, great location at a superb price .. comfortable room, and nice breakfast. The only downer was that hotel bar stopped service everyone, including residents at 9pm, just as folks were getting back from dinner.. disappointing .."

"This hotel is beautiful and clean and is in such a perfect location in London! Walkable to most landmarks and the tube as well as great restaurants. The rooms are small but that’s expected for any city accommodation! I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again next time I am in London. The staff were super friendly and the area felt really safe! "

"Nothing can beat the location for the price. Near 2 tube stations and we were able to get anywhere we needed. We were in the renovated area and it was done very well. Of course in central London all of the rooms are small, that being said, there was good use of space. Took my Mom and we had 2 twin beds. Nice linens and mattress. Did need a luggage rack in the room. "

Wedding anniversary - on arrival we had been upgraded to a premium room and had a bottle of sparkling wine waiting in an ice bucket along with a handwritten card and delicious dessert. A generous touch! We had a drink in the bar in the evening after going out for dinner. Great atmosphere and we were helped in picking out some cocktails from the latest menu. Staff were all friendly. Room felt very clean. It was our 2nd time here and we will be back! Couple 34/36."
