"The staff was so friendly and met our every need. This is a beautiful property. We loved all the extras like the wine and entertainment between 5:30-6:30.

"Lovely hotel. Service was good and the room was good quality. We had the buffet breakfast that was nice. Good location and 5/10 min walk from the tube station."
"The hotel is beautiful as it is also a historic building, the service of everyone was impeccable, helpful and so friendly. The rooms are very roomy and comfortable (we got a river view and what a view!), for the international travelers it has dual voltage outlets! It’s close by a lot of activities and landmarks and so easy to get a taxi, an uber or an uber boat! Right across the street by the embankment dock. I’d recommend it over and over for sure. "

Everything was very nice overall, and I truly appreciated the hospitality. However, I did notice that the gluten-free options at breakfast were quite limited.
Additionally, there were no clear labels indicating which products were lactose-free or gluten free. As dietary needs like gluten and lactose intolerance are not uncommon, it would be wonderful to see a wider variety of gluten-free and lactose-free options, clearly marked, in the future.

"Great location, impeccably clean with friendly, helpful staff. The added bonus of the cinema makes this our go to London hotel now as it’s very useful on wet days or just to relax for a bit. We didn’t have to time to use the spa but definitely will make time on our next trip. "
