I was moved to another room that didn't have any spiders. Apart from the spiders, the cleanliness of the rooms, kitchen and bathroom seemed fine. We had an initial glitch when we arrived as someone was already in the pod we had been allocated & weren't very welcoming to us. After a quick phone call to the owners all was resolved very quickly"
