"Very good hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and check-in was easy. They made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The room was a good size with all the facilities we needed. We especially loved the bed in Room 2 where we stayed. Breakfast was good enough, no complaints there. The location is excellent, very handy for all amenities. Highly recommended. We will definitely be visiting again."

"The hotel was beautiful and all the wonderful festive decorations made it feel very special. Bar staff were wonderful. I loved sipping my gin by the warm crackling fire place. The breakfast room was wonderful with lovely views of the snowy mountain tops. Great selection available for breakfast. My Eggs Royal were lovely, thank you for our amazing stay! "Absolutely wonderful staff, front of house host was lovely and very welcoming. Beautiful cosy atmosphere in the three social areas we visited (bar,lounge and library). Lovely hotel overall, will need to try the restaurant next time as we arrived later in the evening. Very welcoming to our dogs which was much appreciated! Lovely rooms. Will definitely return! "
