"Nice staff, although weren’t flexible about cancelling or changing the reservation when asked. Area is nice and close to the town. Room and bathroom were nice. The bed was annoying for a couple, as it was supposed to be a superior double room but the bed was two single beds put together. The bed sheets were supposed to hold the two beds together, but it didn’t really work well. Sleeping together would mean one of you would end up sinking into the gap in between the two beds. "We had a great stay. Very clean and close to everything (as long as you don't mind a hill) excellent breakfast and my wife is Gluten free but this wasn't a problem. We where very welcomed and nothing was a problem. I would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you for everything... "

"Had a fantastic stay in the Edelweisse suite for part of our honeymoon tour of the lakes. Room was spotless and awesome. Fantastic facilities in the room, difficult to choose between hot tub or spa bath, so alternated between the two. Batj may have edged it due to TV! Comfortable bed and sofa. Breakfast was ordered the evening before and brought to our room, and was delicious!"

"Was really disappointing the shower area was so tiny you couldn’t turn around if you did the shower curtain kept sticking to you and so much damp in this tiny area. You had to keep your arms in. The TV kept freezing and you could turn the Tv over with the remote control. The The breakfast was nice."
