However our let down was how warm the rooms are, ours was 26° when we arrived and could not cool the room down with the air con unit. Reported to reception and they did give us a portable cooling system..again did not work fully! It was our only disappointment! "

"They dont respond messages through expedia. Funny thing they give you %25 discount coupon which doesnt covers breakfast, dinner or any drinks. Bed wasnt aligned well. Only good thing is convenience of the hotel location. Never go there again."

"Pool was freezing ruined my daughters birthday trip staff did not seem to care and stood around talking in the spa area after being told we could'nt use the pool as it was too busy but when we got through there were 2 people in it! No doubt because the pool was so cold. "
