The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly didn't come across any negative with the staff. You have a choice of food to choose from just outside the hotel. I enjoyed the breakfast, especially the hot section you can place your own choice on menu, My husband and I really enjoyed it, we are used to much bigger in space but the room option was fully booked. But overall the stay was very satisfactory.

Great location and good views overlooking the Marina. Breakfast was lovely, although the staff were bit confused over some options. Good eating options nearby, really useful as the Asian Fusion menu for dinner was a bit limited.

The staff are friendly and did what they could. We also like the location. Unfortunately, we did not have a fully operational TV, the staff seemed unable to fix the issue and the alternatives provided they didn’t seem to know how to operate. We were also unable to order suitable food items after 9pm that were ok for my husband and I to eat, as we deal with an eating disorder. The hotel was always our preferred hotel in the area but this is the second year in a row where the services were below the standard we expect for the price that we pay. On a busy weekend such as Brighton Pride, where rates are cleverly inflated which feels quite discriminatory to the LGBTQ community, for half of them not to be available AGAIN has really made us change our mind of this hotel and we will no longer be choosing to stay here.

The hotel is fine, it struck me as a kind of an upmarket Premier Inn. Location is good although the Marina restaurants tend to the the Nandos/Pizza Hut/Zizzi end of the market, if you want anything nicer you will need to go into Brighton. The breakfast was expensive for what you got quality wise. It was OK for a night's stay.
