"We had a great stay in a very comfortable and spacious apartment. The location was perfect for easy access to all all parts of London. Best of all was the staff — exceedingly helpful and eager to please. If in London, we would stay there without question."

"The unit was clean and the kitchen had most of what you need. We asked for a coffee maker b/c none was provided and they provided a French press. The second bedroom beds were very small, so not very good for adults but great for kids. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful and always willing to help us with our requests. Overall it was good, a nice quiet place, on a dead end street and we felt very safe and comfortable. "
