"Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine. Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault. Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road."

I would recommend to family’s that this is in the middle of a busy nightlife part of Liverpool so may not be suitable for young children. "This hotel is situated in a former warehouse in the atmospheric Ropewalks district, once an industrial area in the centre of Liverpool. These days the area is better known for its bars, restaurants and nightclubs, although it retains its industrial vibe. At the centre of the district is The Resident, a stylish hotel with a distinct character, beautifully converted. It doesn't have a restaurant but, no fear, each room has a mini-kitchen, hidden in the wardrobe. Here you can prepare your own breakfast (tea, coffee, kettle, mugs, bowls and cutlery all provided) and there's a local Tesco where you can buy cereals, milk or whatever you need. It's perfect, especially for those who like to remain independent. There's even a fridge and a microwave. And for those who prefer a cafe or restaurant, there are plenty in the area, with a good choice of options in nearby Bold Street. The location is excellent for easy access to all areas of central Liverpool. And the staff are friendly and helpful. I also found it to be calm and quiet, which was particularly important to me. It's highly recommended and I would certainly stay here again."
