Great spot near restaurants, attractions , plus Beatles sites in Liverpool. Hotel itself was lovely, very modern, but in a historic (1880s) building. A wonderful stay!

Hotel and staff were fantastic. The location is excellent. My only complaint is when we came down for breakfast Sunday at 8.45 they had no yoghurt left, even though there was almost 2hrs left of breakfast service. This was dissapointing, particularly for those who do not eat the English style breakfast and prefer fruit with yoghurt.

The hotel has a distinctive character which makes it unique. Its location is great, the staff was very helpful and my room large, comfortable and nicely furnished. I had dinner and breakfast at the North Sixty4 restaurant in the hotel. The food was good, and the only thing that was unacceptable and put a definite stain on my stay is that I ordered a glass of white wine with my dinner, and the wine I was given was watered down.

If you're a Beatles fan, this is the place to stay! The entire venue is Beatle themed including their music the second you enter the front door. Its close to all things "Beatle" including the Cavern Club. The front desk was able to arrange a private taxi tour with an extremely knowledgeable guy named Dave, who took us to a bunch of very cool Beatle homes and haunts! Way better than the Magical Mystery Tour crowded bus. If you're going to Liverpool for a Beatle fix, you need to stay here!

How could you possibly not love this hotel. Beatle photographs and music abound to set the stage for an amazing stay. The room was very spacious and the breakfast was more than enough to eat. An easy walk from Lime Street Station and ridiculously close to Mathew Street and, of course, The Cavern. You can easily walk to the Albert Dock for more Beatle experiences. Shopping is right outside your door as well. Best choice we could have made for our trip to Liverpool.

Overall, the hotel is good. One thing I would suggest improving is the restaurant menu. The hotel is very well located for anyone who wants to experience The Beatles attractions. Close to the train station and docks. Totally recommended.

The location is amazing. Has the potential to be a great hotel. Staff was not stellar. Not willing to help and down right rude in the N64 lounge. Ask for a room opposite side to Mathew street, that’s where music venues are located, and it’s super loud until wee hours of morning. They had no air conditioning when we arrived, so for the 2 nights with them we had to rely on fans to stay cool. We asked for a late check out to noon (from 11am), but they would have charged us a fee, so we negotiated to a 11:30 am departure.

If you’re a Beatles fan this hotel is heaven ❤️ If you’re not a Beatles fan it’s still an excellent hotel perfectly positioned. The staff can’t do enough for you Eric and James were fantastic. Room was lovely Breakfast really nice Bar excellent. The Beatles theme is really something very special.
