Always my go-to for my trips to Liverpool and I'm not even a massive Beatles fan. :-) The property is very conveniently located and the rooms are spacious and very well appointed. Staff is always excellent and the breakfast offering is top notch.

Great hotel, especially if you like The Beatles. I would recommend staying here. Perfect location to experience Mathew St. Walking distance to some amazing pubs and restaurants. Also not too far of a walk to the Albert Dock as well. The staff were very friendly and accommodating too! The staff were also great at refreshing our rooms. My stay has convinced me to become a millenium member for future visits!

Central location in town makes this hotel ace! My room was spotless and had an enormous, very comfortable bed! Had a great night's sleep. Check-in/out very straightforward with friendly reception staff. Didn't use bar or restaurant on this visit. Hope to return!

For the purpose of our trip the theme was great as was the location. We liked our room and the bathroom was large! Breakfast was very good. Staff were great. It would have been helpful to have a small fridge and a microwave in the room. Bed was comfortable. Enjoyable stay!

Hotel and staff were fantastic. The location is excellent. My only complaint is when we came down for breakfast Sunday at 8.45 they had no yoghurt left, even though there was almost 2hrs left of breakfast service. This was dissapointing, particularly for those who do not eat the English style breakfast and prefer fruit with yoghurt.

If you’re wanting to spend as much time near the Cavern, stay here. It’s a very nice property with a helpful staff. (Although, we mentioned our shower door wouldn’t close and this wasn’t fixed.). But Eric at the front desk exceeded our expectations and helped us numerous times with directions and a taxi. Overall, you won’t be disappointed…fun place and location.

The hotel has a distinctive character which makes it unique. Its location is great, the staff was very helpful and my room large, comfortable and nicely furnished. I had dinner and breakfast at the North Sixty4 restaurant in the hotel. The food was good, and the only thing that was unacceptable and put a definite stain on my stay is that I ordered a glass of white wine with my dinner, and the wine I was given was watered down.

If you're a Beatles fan, this is the place to stay! The entire venue is Beatle themed including their music the second you enter the front door. Its close to all things "Beatle" including the Cavern Club. The front desk was able to arrange a private taxi tour with an extremely knowledgeable guy named Dave, who took us to a bunch of very cool Beatle homes and haunts! Way better than the Magical Mystery Tour crowded bus. If you're going to Liverpool for a Beatle fix, you need to stay here!

How could you possibly not love this hotel. Beatle photographs and music abound to set the stage for an amazing stay. The room was very spacious and the breakfast was more than enough to eat. An easy walk from Lime Street Station and ridiculously close to Mathew Street and, of course, The Cavern. You can easily walk to the Albert Dock for more Beatle experiences. Shopping is right outside your door as well. Best choice we could have made for our trip to Liverpool.

Lovely old building, well adapted for a modern hotel. The Beatles theme is (obviously) everywhere in the public spaces but not in the rooms so you can escape it if it gets too much! Ideal city centre location.

Overall, the hotel is good. One thing I would suggest improving is the restaurant menu. The hotel is very well located for anyone who wants to experience The Beatles attractions. Close to the train station and docks. Totally recommended.
