Excellent service by the receptionist staff. Place was clean and the bed was comfortable. Was disappointed with the few channels on the TV when relaxing in the room on an evening.

Room was very spacious and staff were great. Bed very comfortable and when asked for extra milk, tea and coffee staff were very accommodating. Improvements, bathroom is in need of repair to the bath also was very noisy in the room we had. From staff using the room opposite to people walking past. I fully appreciate the hotel cannot control people walking past but maybe have more signs up asking people to be considerate of noise.

I normally stay here. No issues with the room but is a little dated and can see the room I was in needed a lick of paint. Good clean room with some good facilities. Enjoyed my stay.

Decent little hotel

Booked a stay here as a family as wanted to visit Liverpool. Hotel was perfect for what we needed. Room was more than big enough for the 4 of us. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Meals were great, can't fault it
