The guest Julie was fabulous, very warm and welcoming and made us feel like home. Overall very clean with a comfy bed. Will definitely be back for more trips!! Highly recommend.

Property having work done to it at front. Never got a wifi code. So was on mobile data. Grips over. Communication great so friendly my booked room had been trashed but she moved my room around so i had a lovely room. All done before i got there. Very friendly and helpful. Sure if i asked would have got wifi code. Would use her again and recommend her to friends

Julie is top class!! My only "grumble", being next to the upstairs toilet makes the night time noisey. TV didn't work. Bed sheets too thick and hot. Otherwise I would stay there again and ask Julie for a few changes. I would recommend to my friends re a Lpool stay.

Cheap for a bed if that’s all you want

I guess get what you pay for as was very cheap and you’re basically staying in someone’s house. sheets and towels were covered in dog hair already, so annoyed had to pay extra to cover cleaning because I had my dog there. Bed was made up of two overly soft mattresses so the bed was really high but you sank into the bed for an uncomfortable sleep. Shower was poor and bathroom not overly clean. Very thinned wall so was kept up by a tv on until 1.40am, then woken just got 6am by the shower
