Good location but can be noisy at the weekends. Close to lots of shops including a 24 hour one a few mins walk away. About a 10 minute walk to Liverpool one and Tesco express. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area.

THE BREAKFAST WAS NOT FREE. However it was ok but the weekend staff needed to pay more attention. To the manager and guests. The only fault in the room was the bathroom sink was way too small. Bar services were very good, from the receptionist.

The breakfast was excellent the chef is really impressive I’ve never had such a good full English. The room however was noisy as it faced concert square and the noise blared into the early hours of the morning. Water pressure in the shower was quite bad too.

Stay for a night after concert

My wife and myself stayed at the hotel for the first time. It was clean, try, rooms are great and the service was excellent. The price was very good also. Would consider staying here again and would recommend it. Thank you for your hospitality.

It was ok should ask for a room at the back

It was very hot but staff helped open window. Very noisy, l should have asked for a room at the back. Bed was a bit too soft for my liking but the shower was good.
