This hotel had everything! Great service, nice rooms. Their "snug" rooms are roomier than many of the "regular" rooms I've had at other hotels in London. Multiple underground stations nearby, nice selection of restaurants. Very safe and walkable neighborhood. Most importantly, the hotel staff was consistently friendly and very helpful. We hope to stay here again on our next trip.
Magnifique !
The Hotel appeared to be new or recently renovated. A very lively lobby and good restaurant too. The rooms are small but this seems to be U.K./ Europe commonality. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the 2 to 3 minute walk to the Underground just around the corner at Shepards Bush Market Station. We had a nice view of the park across the street. The room was remarkably quiet considering we faced the street/traffic. Loved the pancake shower head in bathroom even though the water pressure was very low. Felt very safe walking around the neighborhood going to the local pubs.
Super close to Underground stations, so getting around London was very convenient. The beds were so comfy! We almost didn't want to leave our hotel room each morning. Staff are friendly, there's a bar and restaurant right inside the hotel. The front desk also had a pop and snack shop and prices were extremely fair, comparable to the prices at local convenience stores in the region. We absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone interested in staying in West London.

The staff at the hotel were very accommodating and helpful. This review is about the rooms not the staff. This hotel does not have any twin bedrooms so it seems they only cater for couples. Friends who holiday together and share a bedroom are not on their radar as the standard rooms only have double beds which are too intimate if you are sharing. As the Hoxton did not have a twin room I changed my booking to a bunk room which I was assured by the staff was suitable for 2 adults as the bunk beds are adult size. These rooms are for kids not adults. They adjoin a double room. They are small and their sis very little space. They are definitely not worth the price charged which was equivalent to a standard double room - £219. The decor in the bedrooms at the Hoxton is bland, cheap and definitely nowhere near as stylish as other hotels of the same calibre in the vicinity. I actually found them quite depressing. Maybe the higher cost rooms are nicer.
