"Myself and my husband chose this hotel for our anniversary and it didn’t disappoint! The hotel staff upgraded our room when we arrived and wow what a treat it was! The room was beautiful and so were the views from our room. It was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel is a short walk in to the little town where there are plenty of restaurants, pubs and bars. The hotel over looks the boat docks so you can easily get boat tours around the lake. There is parking on site which does have a charge of £15 per day. The breakfast buffet was perfect. It was fairly small but had everything you could want. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and want to thank the staff for making our anniversary extra special! "

The staff were very friendly and welcoming and our room was fabulous with a queen size bed as well as bunk beds for the children. The dining room was beautiful, spacious and spotlessly clean with wonderful views of the lake. Would 100% stay here again. "

"The hotel was beautiful and all the wonderful festive decorations made it feel very special. Bar staff were wonderful. I loved sipping my gin by the warm crackling fire place. The breakfast room was wonderful with lovely views of the snowy mountain tops. Great selection available for breakfast. My Eggs Royal were lovely, thank you for our amazing stay! "We had a lovely weekend in Windermere and this hotel was very much a part of the pleasure. We got a free upgrade to The Oscar Wilde suite which was huge and lovely. We went to their sister hotel to use the Health club facilities which was really relaxing. I would highly recommend this hotel."
