It was a nice experience there, my room was upgraded to a suite and it was great, views from the room was magical, room was clean and spacious , bathroom was clean and it had a jacuzzi, the spa session was beautiful and relaxing, pool was warm, breakfast was delicious and staffs were nice

The indoor spa was great. Staff were awesome as well - really professional. Can imagine it's great when the outdoor spa is open and during the summer. Some of the negatives...breakfast could do with some improvements, the ingredients tasted low quality some of the cooking was questionable (fried eggs for example). The place had a general feel of getting refurbished so felt hard done by paying full price... Our room (28) smelt like drains and the view was blocked by scaffolding. Also some mold in the corner right by the window.

I visited this property about 5 years ago and since then it has gone through a beautiful renovation....our room had a stunning view of the lake, the room was lovely and clean. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had cooked breakfast which was freshly cooked to order and was delicious. Would definitely recommend.

This was a fantastic hotel. The room was lovely with a small balcony and lovely comfy double bed. The only thing i would say is paying an additional fee for spa access in a spa hotel isn’t the best although it was only £20 I think the access to the spa should be included.

Great experience here. Facilities are great, spa fantastic, views even better, breakfast and other food options are just right. Rooms were and other interiors are clean and very well presented. Parking is by the door and easy accessed. If I’m being really picky (didn’t impact stay) - clearly making improvements so the outside had a lot of building equipment around made outside look a little scruffy and the spa area needed a bit of a tidy during the day as a bit of glassware left lying around. Overall, a great hotel and brilliant to stay.
