We added breakfast to our stay, which was also really very good. Very polite and super-friendly service in the adjoining bar/cafe. "Really lovely hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious, nice to be able to order off the menu. Incredibly central and perfect for the train. However this comes at a price, it’s very noisy. It’s an old building and the windows do not keep the noise out. Take some ear plugs and it’s all good!"

"Perfect position in central newcastle. Hotel reception was very friendly and professional, even supplying earplugs on request. Parking was free on site and secure. All aspects of hotel clean and tidy, lots of eating and drinking options on site. Breakfast in bedroom was great. Would definitely stay again.. "

"Simple check in by very friendly and efficient reception staff and we were allowed to check in early. We were even given vouchers for free coffees at any time. Our room was on the top floor overlooking the Newcastle Arena. Our room was spacious and the beds were comfy. The bathroom was roomy and although the shower was an overhead bath type shower, it worked perfectly well. Breakfast the next morning was fantastic and I would highly recommend it. All in all, I would definitely stay here again "
