"Cleaning was not good enough, webs in showers and mould. Stains on sheets and the dishwasher was not working. We was forced to pay for cleaning, despite all this. Dont recommend this, we felt cheated on."

"Very nice place to stay . We only used 1 bedroom , kettle and Bathroom . We were out most of the day's , visiting friends . Only Down side was the key box was about 6 inches from the ground . It was a little struggle getting up of my knees being a 63 year old "

"Visited from Glasgow for Sam Fender at St James park. Stayed here before because of how close to the stadium it was and it never disappoints. Staff are great, rooms are a good size. Could maybe do with a little rejuvenating but that’s the only complaint about the place. "
