"Room was lovely, clean and tidy. Very spacious was the suit. Bathroom is dated but was clean. Breakfast was decent and nice views overlooking the quayside and river. View from the room was great could see all the way up and down the Tyne "

"Rooms could do with a bit of a refresh but mine was perfectly clean and huge. Bed was really comfortable and temperature was comfortable…there was an additional heater if you needed it. Had a mini fridge which was good (ice machine in the corridor). Only odd thing was that there were no plug sockets anywhere around the bed(s) so had to leave phone charging over the other side of the room."

"Only a 10 min walk from the train station. Easy to find. Good sized rooms and clean. Bed a bit small, soft and sunk to the middle but fine for one night. Great breakfast."
