"Room is spacious has good mattress. No air-con has fan, no fridge. Room is clean. Refilled complementary water and coffee pods every day. Breakfast is pretty much the same every day. I didnโ€™t feel welcomed, staffs are present but canโ€™t feel that theyโ€™re there. Massive pool and 3 jacuzzis, we only went once. Shower rooms have empty shower gel and shampoo bottles. A lot of people in and out of hotel mostly gym members if Iโ€™m not mistaken, would be nice if they have other entrance. Went there for our 15th wedding anniversary would be nice if the hotel put simple greeting card to make it special but yeah I guess itโ€™s not the same for all the hotels."

"Beautifully maintained Castle and grounds. Room was exceptional, makes you feel like a king or queen. Nice quiet bar to have a drink, great dining room and quality food. Great cooked to order English breakfast. Everything was great. It set a stand for us for the rest of our castle hotel search. I would stay here anytime. One suggestion though is to have soothing, calming music at breakfast, as background music, instead of 'hit parade'."
