"Minimal room with just the absolute basics but all clean, modern and good value for the location. Slap bang in the middle of Piccadilly with all the sights and sounds of central London on the doorstep. Perfect for flopping in to bed after a day sightseeing and then a night at the theatre."

The Royal Horseguards, London

The Royal Horseguards, London

10/10 Excellent
"If you are looking for an amazing hotel that screams history mixed with one of the most walkable locations, then this is your hotel. The hotel itself looks like something straight out of Harry Potter on the outside to amazingly well appointed interior. The staff was above and beyond from the first moment I called to not allowing us to even come close to opening our own door. Just steps outside the hotel and you are at the Thames immediately in across from the London Eye and a beautiful view on Big Ben. Easy taxi or tube ride to everything else you may need. Had a hiccup with a failing A/C unit and a rather hot room but we got through. Definitely a unforgettable and memorable trip to celebrate the wife and a buddies 40th bdays."

"Room was clean. You only get your room tidied up every 4 days. Can get towels/ to refilled anytime. Not all rooms have ac. Elevators painfully slow/inefficient. Lots of people were taking the stairs. It was good for the price. And very convenient location. Staff was helpful."

"We arrived early and severely jetlagged. Our room was not ready but we were given access to a private lounge with refreshments. It was quite comfortable and quiet (enough that I fell asleep for 2 hours!). The staff were extremely nice and friendly. The location is close to everything & the underground is around the corner. I woukd stay here again."
