"As soon as I walked through the door, every member of staff was so nice and kind and helpful. The room was lovely and clean and everything was complimentary!. We also had dinner at Platform 7 which was delicious and great value for money and again all of the staff were wonderful. The entire building is incredible and we had fun wandering around inside reading all the various cuttings and postcards on display from years gone by. Our stay was a birthday treat but we will definitely stay here again. It wasn't cheap but one gets what one pays for and it was certainly great value for money. If you are seeing a show in the West End this is the place to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would like to thank the staff for making us feel so welcome."

"An amazing little hotel on the outskirts of Covent Garden and a shirt walk from Euston station The staff was very welcoming on my arrival and couldn't do enough for me The room itself was different to what I'm use to everything was very modern and close to hand not being up to date on some of the technology I was impressed on how easy it was to use the electric blinds I was impressed with. Overall I could not ask for a great place to stay for access to Covent Garden and Leicester square I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in this area and at a great price to."

"We had breakfast and it was a little pricey but convenient for the first day. The staff was amazing and attentive. The hotel and room were beautiful. Great location, walkable to most tourist attractions. Drinks at The Stage bar were great. The free cabana for the pool was great too!! If we ever go back we will definitely stay here again. "
