Quirky and superb. Room was really excellent- very comfy bed, lovely bathroom. Coffee, good TV etc. Staff were brilliant. Cocktails v good. Location just superb. Pedestrian street so no traffic noise. Cannot recommend highly enough for a boutique hotel option.

Another great stay at the Henrietta. It’s so quiet and right in the heart of Covent Garden. The ambience is spot on, and we always have a great night sleep.

Lovely staff welcomed me, and the room was clean and a good size. Bed was extremely comfortable . The outside street noise was audible up until a point and then was lovely and quiet for the night. Great property in the heart of Covent Garden. Stayed here with my wife for 6 nights and we enjoyed it. The room was clean, decorated nice, and had a large bathroom with plenty of space. We enjoyed being close to all sorts of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The location was within a 5 minute walk of the underground which made it convenient for travel around town and to and from Heathrow. Loved it and would stay here again.

Our room was very comfortable and staff were very friendly and efficient. Just a few small niggles - a drain smell in the bedroom when the room had been closed up while we were out during the day, the cups and saucers in the room did not fit together, very small quantities of fruit and yoghurt available for breakfast, but these are really small points, Overall a lovely hotel and we would return.
