"Great lobby and lounge, however the rooms & hallways were dingy with a foul smell. Rooms are extremely small. With the pub next door there is no chance of sleep… We found the front desk staff and bar staff to be incredibly cold/rude. I travel with medication that requires refrigeration. Given no refrigerator in room, I was told I could turn it over to them, versus them providing an ice to maintain its temperature. Better choices in Soho exist."

"Comfortable hotel in a great location. Rooms on the garden side of the hotel are quiet despite being on a relatively busy street. Easy to walk to from both the Tottenham Court Station (Elizabeth Line) and the Russell Square Station (Piccadilly Line) so easy to get to from Heathrow. "
