The bathroom was adequate with large shower, but adjusting shower height was a little bit of a problem for a shorter person. Customer service was excellent and they dealt quickly with a problem with the bathroom. The staff were very professional and there were plenty around if you needed anything. The only negative was the lift service, it was very slow and on more than one occasion there were more than one lift out of operation. Not a problem depending which floor you occupied. "The location is extremely convenient. Chinatown is just 3 minutes walking. Metro station is 3 minutes walking. Room size is just right. As there is no windows, it is very quiet and good for sleeping. I am sure to stay here again in my next trip."
