Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge

Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge

8/10 Good
"Lovely hotel and location. We were suppose to get a better room, but opted out to check in an hour earlier to shower and rest.. We received an open room, but were never told that it was a handicapped room. We don’t usually mind this, but since my husband is 6’-4”, the lower sink and countertops do not work for him because of his height. We were very happy to check-in early, but we should have been informed of the room type."

"Great place to stay - staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and very well air conditioned (raging heat wave while we were there). Although you’re right in the heart of it all the rooms are quiet. Highly recommend!"

The Hoxton, Holborn

10/10 Excellent
"Our second stay at The Hoxton in Holborn, and we'll no doubt be back. A stylish hotel in an ideal location (right in the middle of things, but not too busy), clean and well maintained, with a great bar and excellent staff. A cosy, comfortable room, too - Shoebox size, but plenty of room for two of us over three nights. Great hotel, well recommended."

Montcalm Piccadilly Townhouse, London West End

Montcalm Piccadilly Townhouse, London West End

10/10 Excellent
"We really enjoyed our stay in a twin room at the Montcalm Piccadilly Townhouse. The rooms were clean and full of amenities, the refilled bottled water and fruit in the room was very, very nice and needed. Came with everything we wanted and felt very spacious. The beds were comfortable, and the room was kept at a good temperature. The staff were very helpful and kind. We felt well taken care of the entire time. The location was fantastic, several cab drivers noted that we were so central to everything, especially if you're looking to take advantage of being in the West End and going to the theaters, which we did! There are also a lot of places to eat, with Chinatown being across the street and Trafalgar Square a very short walk past that. It was also easy to walk to the Buckingham Palace/St. James park area. The only negative thing I can say is in no way the fault of the hotel, but the area IS very noisy. That just comes with the location. We were in a room facing the churchyard on the 3rd floor so it was probably a quieter area of the hotel. Bring earplugs and a sleep aid if you have a hard time sleeping with sounds of people partying and all sorts of traffic at all hours. I prepared appropriately and didn't have a problem, but would have if I hadn't been ready. All around I'd heartily recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in a very central area with lots of amenities in and near the hotel."
