"We arrived late due to fight issues, and had a hard time finding hotels there is no address number at entry. Finally found it, security helped with our check in, he was helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and was what I expected, but AC kept shutting down, when I mentioned they had someone look at it right away and provide us with a breakfast voucher at restaurant. Staff were amazing, efficient, friendly and always willing to assist with concerns or directions. Yes, I would stay there again."

"I actually found the hotel quite hard to find as the entrance was concealed by scaffolding! I'm don't usually do London either! Once there, the staff are helpful and there are two lifts. 24hr security on the door entrance so show your key! My cocoon Capsule was comfy, I could charge my phone and the dorm wasn't noisy. The showers and toilets were clean and close by plus it was a very good price for a night in Central London. Fan in the Capsule plus air conditioning elsewhere in the building. I would definitely stay again as its very close to Piccadilly Circus tube station."

"The reception when we arrived at The Londoner was amazing, and the hotel is well placed for central London touring - we couldn't have asked for better convenience. The Londoner is enticingly decorated and we loved our rooms and furnishings, including the shower and bidet. We loved all of the decor. As for the staff: The housekeeping staff were impeccable - not a single complaint. In-room dining staff were incredibly pleasant and warm. The pool staff was so helpful. The rooftop lounge staff were great and accommodating, and we had a lot of fun visiting the rooftop for late night drinks and snacks. The amenities were wonderful. Some constructive comments: staff in the residence lounge were generally not friendly and difficult to find as they were hanging out in the kitchen/back room, except for the one woman who wore a headscarf - she was lovely. We didn't get her name, but she greeted us the next day in the ground floor lounge. The doormen were very cheerful and helpful; however, we encountered one man when we returned late at night who looked us up and down and asked if we were staying in the hotel, while keeping the door closed. That was not welcoming. We were not impressed with the food at Whitcomb's - my mother had a steak at lunch that was twice the price at dinner - and burned - and she was also instructed by the server to leave an additional tip, the Caesar salad was very overdressed and ended up limp and swimming in dressing, and offerings were limited. All in all"

"The best capsule I have stayed in London. It’s brand new and hope it continues to be well maintained. Gender specific toilets and showers which is perfect. Stairs to the top bunk are awkward so you have to be careful, one wrong move and it’s a wrap! Great communal area, wish there was more seating and also couldn’t locate luggage room on my stay,maybe this need better signage."

"We loved our stay at Strand however I was incredbily disappointed when my flight was delayed and I have decided to pay for an extra night since I was arriving on the red eye and couldnt check in until 3. When I arrived at 9 they told me they considered me a no show. They gave me a room and told me bo problem… only yo charge me 265 for a no show fee. I was not told this when I checked in. After dealing witg a nasty front desk manager .. we were met by the hotel manager who assured us this would be removed. That should have been done from the start . There was no reason to get all upset for this. They need to fix this policy"
