"Very convenient location. Budget . Cocoon design no window. Slept well cos room is down the hall, very quiet. Booked Two twin beds . Lack amenities like hangers , hooks and hairdryer. But offer a beauty room same floor for hairdryer. 10 lbs for delivery to your room Overall staff are nice . Good location. I paid extra for early check in and late check out. Extra 90 lbs Baggage fee is 15 lbs per bag cheaper than doing storage"

"Staff were incredibly friendly, we were able to check in early and it was amazing. Our room featured a bunk bed style with two huge beds and individual tvs. The room was compact, meticulously clean and comfortable. We had an incredible time and will definitely return. It was a lovely touch that they allowed us to bring our friend into the room to get ready with us before dinner, they also held our luggage after check out at no additional cost, allowing us to explore on our last day. Thank you Z hotels for providing us with fabulous, clean and comfortable accommodation!"

"Pros: Staff is friendly and helpful. Excellent location with many public transit options. Room is clean. Cons: Toilet got clogged one day, and I had to use the public toilet in that morning. Bathroom is rather small with poor ventilation and no regular plugs. Room layout is not ideal, and some places are not being effectively used. Bedside USB chargers are not working. I got a street-facing room where I often heard noises from street. Gym is tiny with limited equipment. Elevators are tiny which sometimes cause long wait time. "

"Clean but very small room (#718) and with an even smaller bathroom. I am medium build and media height. A larger person would have problems using that bathroom. I had to shuffle sideways to get into the shower cubicle (no bath). You would have to be a contortionist to access the toilet roll while sitting on the loo. "
