"Staff was very nice and helpful. Room quality was sub par due to incomplete cleaning and amenities not restocked for us. Kleenex box was empty with tissue rose stuffing. Shower gel was empty. Floor was not clean and room wasn’t vacuumed well. I have blond hair and short there were long black hair which was gross. Tub was difficult to navigate due to high step very dangerous. Almost fell so did my wife."
