"Room was clean. You only get your room tidied up every 4 days. Can get towels/ to refilled anytime. Not all rooms have ac. Elevators painfully slow/inefficient. Lots of people were taking the stairs. It was good for the price. And very convenient location. Staff was helpful."

"Victory House is very well located, right in Leicester Square. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a lovely view of the square. The area is always lively, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby, and the Tube station is just a few steps away, which is very convenient. We arrived early, and the staff kindly stored our luggage for us. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and bed comfortable with good AC for summer time :) Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend Victory House for its excellent location and friendly service."
