"As soon as I walked through the door, every member of staff was so nice and kind and helpful. The room was lovely and clean and everything was complimentary!. We also had dinner at Platform 7 which was delicious and great value for money and again all of the staff were wonderful. The entire building is incredible and we had fun wandering around inside reading all the various cuttings and postcards on display from years gone by. Our stay was a birthday treat but we will definitely stay here again. It wasn't cheap but one gets what one pays for and it was certainly great value for money. If you are seeing a show in the West End this is the place to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would like to thank the staff for making us feel so welcome."

"Completely blown away by this hotel and location. Staff was the best, room was so comfortable, quiet, beautifully decorated, bathroom was very clean and has all the necessities. Breakfast area downstairs was always immaculate, food was hot, well cooked, and pastries were soft and flaky. Piccadilly Circus was glorious. Easily walkable to Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square, 10 or more major theaters to see plays, restaurants galore, shopping, it was basically London’s version of Time Square in New York. The subway trains were super easy to use and get around in and not even 3 to 5 minute walk from the front door. This was the perfect place to stay."
