Luxury & convenient

Very luxurious and relaxed hotel. The staff were very polite and attentive. I used the valet parking which was super convenient. They upgraded me to a suite free of charge which was a nice touch. The room was huge and well stocked with toiletries and plenty of space.

I had an amazing experience at The Capital Hotel. I came to London for the first time for the marathon, and the staff provided my mother and I with 5 star treatment from the very beginning. The reopened restaurant had excellent options, and the room was superb! I cannot wait to go back and I will stay there every time!

Beautiful, confortable and well located

Overall great. The only area of improvement is the reception ladies who need some training on customer service to be up to the level of education required for the hotel.
